30 days of movement challenge

My goal for this year (2026) is to focus on my health. Therefore I've set a goal to
The 30 days (ultra-) soft challenge is something that I've put together based on the original and official 75 hard challenge. I came up with it after some time trying to tackle the original 75 Hard. I find this 30 days challenge more practical and easier to stick with for the time being.

I want to build a routine to go out and be active every day, so I've kept the challenge very simple:

Daily 30 min workout for 30 consecutive days:
Can be of any type: Walking, Jogging, Gym, Group Fitness ...
